  Had a bathroom fitted with Boldon Bathrooms in August 2017. It’s May 2018 and it is still not completed to my satisfaction.
  Started well, visited the showroom and decided on a bathroom. Organised a visit to measure up, then went into the store again to finalise and choose all of the different parts. Sorted out a suitable week to fit it.
  Fitters were great- turned up on time and did all they could to get a good outcome. Day 1 turned up an issue. The bathroom had been measured incorrectly, which then meant the sink and toilet would not fit and we needed to order a smaller one. Issue 2 was that even though we discussed an extractor fan, it had not been ordered. This meant I needed to pay for one over the phone in the middle of the job so it could be delivered and fitted in the correct order in the process. On the whole it looks great.
  The main issue (which is still ongoing) was that a different toilet flush plate had been delivered to the one chosen. I spoke to the office who assured me they would order and send the one I actually wanted. This did not fit the toilet. I’ve had a few and the fitter out a few times since but to no avail. Matty was the point of contact but I’ve had to chase him as he doesn’t return calls or call back when he said he would. The fitter has sent photos of the ones that would fit to choose from (according to Matty) but these also didn’t fit.
  To cut out the back and forth I went into the showroom where I tried to sort it out. Matty was still unaware of the ones which were suitable. I’ve chosen another which was ordered. This was 6 weeks ago, still no word of when this will arrive. I’ll need to call again.
  I thought going with a company would make this easier but I’ve spent time following up after extremely poor post-sales customer service, mistakes made by multiple people in various areas and a lack of communication between customer and office, as well as between employees there. Would not recommend.
